Oh man, the food adventure around Wellstay Namba is next level! Just a stone's throw away, I hit up Sobayoshi Main Shop for some killer soba and Tempurayasan for the fluffiest tempura. The lobby’s free drink station had me hooked on cappuccinos, perked me right up after a day of strolling around! Plus, the bunks in our family room turned our stay into a fun adventure for the kids.

Consider using nearby laundromats for laundry needs as the hotel's dryer may not meet high demand.

I had a delightful stay at Wellstay Namba, especially enjoying the spotlessly clean Twin Room, complete with comfortable bunk beds. The lobby featured free coffee machines and useful hot water facilities, a wonderful addition after long days of exploring.
Street noise was bothersome at night.

The beds were a bit firmer, providing a good night's sleep.
Upon entering my room, I found the air conditioner broken, only to learn it operates in a bizarre manner connected to other rooms. After some uncomfortable moments, the staff managed to move me to a different floor, which was appreciated but shouldn't have been necessary. Additionally, the hotel is quite a hike from the nearest station, and the noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep at night.

Positive, This place rocks for family stays! We had a quad room with extra space, and there was a microwave and fridge to heat up snacks. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids! It’s a short walk to Dotonbori, super convenient! 😄

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Namba station, making getting around Osaka super easy. I really enjoyed the free drink station in the lobby. those cappuccinos were a lovely treat after a day of exploring. The bunk beds in the room added a fun twist to our stay, especially for my kids. However, the room felt cramped with our luggage. we could barely open our suitcases. The noise from the street outside was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The pillows were also too firm for my liking, which impacted comfort. Overall, while we enjoyed some aspects of the hotel, there were definitely areas that could use improvement.

Perfect for families with kids!
We stayed for 4 nights and the kids were totally stoked about the big bunk beds! It was clean and comfy, though the room was kinda small. We had to eat on the floor since there weren't any chairs or tables. Loved having a fridge and a microwave, but it got a little noisy outside at night.

The self-check-in process was seamless, and the provided pin access instead of a traditional key card was a nice touch. Enjoyed the comfortable beds and cleanliness throughout. The inviting lobby that served great coffee. However, noise from the surrounding street could disrupt sleep, and the limited space in the room made storing our luggage a bit challenging. The proximity to key attractions was a big plus, though managing scattered street noise impacted overall comfort.
